Like Mung and such? You can grow them in a glass jar. I soak them overnight and then drain and rinse. I have these nifty screw on lids that have a sifting device on them so the sprouts don't fall out but I think you can use cheese cloth. Keep the jars inverted and rinse them every day. Try to get all the water out or they get a little funky. They will start to sprout in a day or so. Here's a site that I found that sells those lids. They also sell organic sprouting seeds.
